Pants - Handmade (no tags). Will need elastic (slight elastic give), drawstring, or pins (@40" waist, 40.5" side length, 29.25" inseam)

Belt - Handmade. Velcro closure, more 3D than licensed one.
Handmade items are made well! Every seem is finished, using same fabrics throughout for cohesion. The vintage pieces would be very cool collector piece to display in your Bat (Man) Cave on a mannequin or wear out for Halloween or convention!
