This Vintage Figure is known as a repurposed Bandai toy from a failed anime mech series, used by Hasbro as Autobot Whirl. This figure in particular is a bit worse for ware, with discoloring, rusted waist axle, scratches, and loose joints; although nothing is broken, including his head-antenna, which is commonly found missing.
